Most fraud attempts do not break anything: they ask you to hand over what protects you.
Never share these
- Your password.
- Verification codes received by SMS.
- Recovery phrases for crypto wallets.
BNKA never asks for them, by any channel.
Warning signs
- Someone contacts you claiming to be support and asks for a code, a password or remote access to your phone.
- Urgency. Real support never pushes you to act in seconds.
- Investments with guaranteed returns or requests to move money for someone else in exchange for a commission. Lending your account to move third party money makes you responsible for it.
- Links in messages you did not expect. Open the app yourself instead.
