Always
- The email you signed up with.
- The country you operate from.
- What you were trying to do and what happened.
- Date and approximate time.
If it is about money
- Currency and exact amount.
- Name of the account holder who sent or received it.
- The sending or receiving institution.
- Proof of the transfer, if you have it.
If the app shows an error
- The exact text of the message, or a screenshot.
- Phone model and operating system.
Never send
- Your password.
- Verification codes received by SMS.
- Recovery phrases for crypto wallets.
BNKA never asks for them.
