Each currency has its own identifier for receiving money. If you get paid from another country or your family sends you money, this is the detail you need to share: using the one from another currency is the most common reason a deposit does not arrive.
Which identifier goes with each currency
- Euros (EUR): IBAN.
- Argentine pesos (ARS): CVU and alias.
For the other available currencies, the matching identifier appears in the details of that account inside the app.
Where to find them
Open the wallet for the currency you need: the details for receiving money are in that account's detail view.
What to keep in mind
- The deposit must arrive in the same currency as the destination wallet.
- Deposits from an account in someone else's name may be held for review. It is a mandatory anti money laundering control.
- Check the full identifier before sharing it. A single different character means the transfer will not arrive.
Write to us if
You shared the identifier and the money does not show up. Send us the exact amount, the date, the sending institution and the name of the account holder.
