When money comes from another country it passes through more than one institution before reaching your balance. Check the points below: in most cases they explain where it is.
How long it should take
Deposits are processed instantly. Depending on the time and day they are made, and if they fall outside business days, they may take up to 72 business hours to be credited.
Check first
- The destination account. Make sure you used exactly the identifier shown in your app for that currency. An identifier for another currency or another account will not credit.
- The account holder. Deposits sent from an account in someone else's name may be held for review. This is a mandatory anti money laundering control.
- The currency. The deposit must arrive in the same currency as the destination wallet.

- Exact amount and currency.
- Date and time of the transfer.
- Name of the account holder who sent it and the sending institution.
- Proof of the transfer, if you have it.
