- A selfie without a hat, sunglasses or a mask.
What to check before trying again
- The name and date of birth you entered match the document exactly.
- The photo is not a screenshot or a photocopy.
- Your camera permissions are enabled for the app.
How long it takes
The time depends on the type of review and on the regulated institution that carries it out. We write to you by email as soon as it is resolved.
