The crypto deposits may take long because of excessive operations in your corresponding block chain. Check with the transaction HASH how many confirmations your operation has.

If your operation has the number of confirmations that are necessary and it has not been credited yet, get in touch with the Support Centre. State the HASH number, date of the operation and the amount.
