If you made a deposit and the request was declined, may be due to the fact that:
-The amount does not match the transfer and the amount in the request you generated.
You must generate a new request with the amount you deposited; the amount of the request should match the amount of the bank receipt (some banks charge commissions unconnected with Bnka).
- Invalid receipt.
You attached a receipt where the amount/date/name of the account title holder/currency cannot be identified properly or does not refer to a bank receipt.
Bnka does not accept edited or amended receipts. The operation will be declined in full.
-Wrong destination account
If you made a transfer to a destination account which is not a Bnka’s, request the assistance of your issuing bank.
-Transfers from a third party
In case bnka receives a transfer/deposit from an account that is not in your own name, the operation will be declined immediately and the issuing bank will have to process the reimbursement to the original account.
