After registering with your email and password, you will be asked to verify your identity.
Residents of Argentina:
To verify your account as a natural person, you will need an original ID or passport and a biometric selfie with your mobile/PC camera.
Please note that photos and documents must be fully legible for your process to be validated.
European Union residents:
Acceptable ID, utility bill and a biometric selfie with your mobile phone camera.
To verify your account as an individual, you will need one of the following documents
-EU national identity card
-eID in Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands and Finland
-Swedish driving licence or Skatteverket ID card
To prove your address, you must provide one of the following documents:
-Utility bill (landline telephone, landline internet, electricity, water, gas)
-Bank statement or any other document issued by a government authority not older than 3 months.
Mobile phone bills will not be accepted. The user's full name and address must be visible on the submitted proof of address.
-Biometric process without glasses and with a light background.
- Full and current utility bill showing your name, surname and address declared.
When you have finished, you will see on the screen the “pending” verification status.
Check your e-mail box where you will be notified the status of the verification within 24h.
