To verify your account as a natural person you will need an original Identification or passport and a selfie biometric process with your mobile phone camera.

Bear in mind that the photos and documents must be fully legible so that your process is validated.

Residents of the European Union

To verify your account as a natural person you will need an original Identification or passport, and a utility bill registered in your name where the address matches the one you declared in your details (maximum 90 days old) and a selfie biometric process with your mobile phone camera.

RECOMMENDATION:

-Clear photos

-Biometric process without glasses and with a light background.

- Full and current utility bill showing your name, surname and address declared.

When you have finished, you will see on the screen the “pending” verification status. 

Check your e-mail box where you will be notified the status of the verification within 24h.
