Withdrawal in Cryptocurrencies

To make withdrawals in cryptocurrencies, you must have the address of your external wallet where you would like to get it transferred. 

Log in and go to the “my wallet” section, select the crypto option and the currency. Then press the “withdrawal” button, copy and paste de address of the external wallet and the amount.

 Verify the details before accepting the operation.

If you wish, you can add the wallet to “frequent wallets” and even add your domain.

Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail to authorize the operation. This step is mandatory.

Remember to have your  operations password active.
