To request your euro wallet, you will need to undergo additional verification.
The euro wallet is available for users who are physically living within the EU and provide an EU phone number.

Log in to Bnka with your credentials, request the activation of an IBAN in euros from your profile in the 'accounts' section, and proceed with one of these documents:
- Passport from any country
- EU national identity document
- eID in Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, and Finland
- Swedish driving licence or Skatteverket ID
Please note that, if necessary, you will need to provide one of the following documents:
- Utility bill (landline phone, fixed internet, electricity, water, gas)
- Bank statement or any other document issued by a governmental authority no older than 3 months
Mobile phone bills will not be accepted. The user’s full name and address must be visible on the proof of address provided.
The IBAN request may take up to 72 hours to show the approval or rejection result.
Once the request is approved, manually authorise your IBAN in your euro account.
